Portland Activities & Athletics League (PAAL) is a 501 c(3) organization that aims to prevent juvenile violence and crime by providing athletic, recreational, and educational opportunities to youth. These activities provide resources to support and empower youth while providing constructive use of time during after school hours.

PAAL Youth Football & Cheer Conference is pleased to announce that we are a part of the American Youth Football League (AYF).  We are playing Division 2 in the Big West Region.  PAAL is excited to kick off our inaugural season in the great northwest to include Portland, OR and the surrounding areas (including Vancouver, WA).  

PAAL will provide rising young athletes opportunities to compete and showcase their talents at the highest levels of youth football and cheer.  We provide an environment free of judgment that supports athletes in reaching their full potential as well as equipping them with the skills to be successful.  PAAL is a league that provides structure, standard football and cheer rules, and mentoring and advocacy to youth athletes.
